Two-room apartment consisting of a main space divided into a living area and a sleeping area, a small kitchen equipped with all accessories, and a bathroom with a shower box. It has been created from an attic that was long used as a studio by several Modenese painters in the 20th century and has recently been completely renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator in a building (which retains the features of 19th-century renovations) in the historic center of Modena. Within just 500 meters, you can reach both the oldest part of the city—where you can rediscover artisan shops, antique markets, and traditional trattorias—as well as the main historical, architectural, and “lifestyle” points of interest in the city, along with the train station and a large underground parking lot.
